Sustainability
Throughout our history, Coty’s evolution has been shaped by innovation and sustainability. Today, our Beauty that Lasts strategy shapes our vision, guiding us to create products that inspire desire and capture the essence of sustainability.
Underpinned by the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Beauty that Lasts defines Coty’s ESG ambitions across key pillars: the Beauty of our Planet, our People, and Governed Beautifully, with Beauty of our Products at the heart of everything we do. As a signatory of the UN Global Compact since 2015, we uphold its ten principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
Sourcing is a key element in the deployment of our sustainability strategy. By partnering with suppliers in a continuous improvement journey, we strive to foster ethical practices and preserve resources for generations to come.
